Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen boasts premium state-of-the-art appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen, making meal preparation a breeze. Dining table features seating for up to 6 and the island has seating for up to 5.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms: The four bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind. Plush bedding, ample storage, and modern decor ensure a restful night's sleep.
Bedroom 1, the master suite, features a King size bed, a huge walk in closet and a private en-suite bath. The en-suite has a spacious walk-in shower & 2 vanities.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, large closet with luggage racks for storage.
Bedroom 3 features 2 Twin XL beds, and a closet for storage.
Bedroom 4 has a double daybed and a dedicated desk / chair workspace for 2 people.
The 2nd full bath features a shower / tub combo, perfect for families.

This property was conveniently located in Wake Forest and an easy walk to Wegmans grocery. It was clean and well stocked with basics. Owner / property manager easy to engage.
The three reasons for the less than perfect score are 1) only one TV in entire unit where there should be TVs in the other rooms; 2) Parking is nearly impossible even for a small SUV (there is a dangerous drop off on one side and there is barely any side room to open the doors if the car fits; 3) way too many stairs (31 to the first living level of the unit).
