Parking for one vehicle on the Las Catalinas parking lot (200 m distance) is currently free. As it's managed by a private company, this may change at any time to a paid parking lot without prior notice.

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary welcome package with essentials such as coffee, sugar, salt pepper, toilet paper, toiletries (body wash, shampoo conditioner), hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets (where applicable). These items are provided as a starter supply.

This house is great for families! The house had everything we needed for our family, a pool with a deck where we could hang out with the kids, comfortable beds, a kitchen with great appliances and space to gather, a rooftop deck with a view and a BBQ. The house looks newly renovated and was very clean. It was so nice to have different areas of the house where we could all be together. Proximity to everything is another great selling point! The beach is just a few steps from the front door. The coffee shop, Pura Vida Ride, is excellent and close for the adult morning boost. Restaurants, trails for hiking and biking, a grocery store, and even a child care center are all in town.
