You won't want to miss this beautifully remodeled 1 bed plus bunk property. This property is in a gated community that features pools, hot tubs, basketball courts, tennis courts, and even its very own mini golf course.
This property has everything you and your family will need to have a magical vacation. The kitchen has all new appliances and gadgets that you will ever need to make a gourmet meal or just enjoy a snack. There is a breakfast bar with seating for 3. The dining room has seating for 3 as well. The living room features a large smart flat screen TV and plenty of seating for relaxing and watching a movie as a family. There is also a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping options. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom with a shower tub combination. There are twin over twin bunks in the hall for the kids to enjoy that are right off of the full bathroom.
The balcony has Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the views and your morning coffee. The condo has a full size washer and dryer in the property to make washing those bathing suits super easy.
This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be at least 25 to rent this property.

Construction Notice:
There is currently an ongoing 3 Million dollar infrastructure project going on. This project started Feb. 10th and is slated to be a 190 day project, ending by the end of August. The resort is replacing the storm drains all along the main Horizon Drive as well as revamping the front beach entry and cleaning out of the ponds at the south side of the property. There will be no affect to the condo directly.

I was impressed when I arrived. It was bigger then I expected. I was concerned about the view from the porch because there was no picture online. It's a private porch. The view is of palm trees. The property has lots of trees and is shaded. There are lots of hidden fees! You have to buy a $20 bracelet to be on the property. This includes everyone in your party, including children. You also have to pay $25 for parking. The parking did not frustrate me as much as the $20 bracelets. There are tennis courts and golf but you can't use them because the owner of the condo did not leave rackets or golf clubs in the condo. There are also no board games or anything like that in the condo. There were sand toys and beach chairs on the porch, which was nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and pots and pans. There was no hair dryer nor full length mirror.
