Construction Notice
Horizon South currently has an ongoing infrastructure project. The project began February 10 and is expected to last approximately 190 days, ending by the end of August.
The project includes:
• Storm drain replacement along Horizon Drive
• Front beach entry improvements
• Pond cleanout on the south side of the property
• There is no direct impact to the condo itself.
Clean & Comfortable Stay
This property includes clean, sanitized sheets and towels professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. Our housekeeping team uses effective disinfecting techniques to help ensure the condo is clean, comfortable, and ready for your arrival.
Important Rental Information
• Late May through early August: 4-night rentals, with check-in or check-out on Saturday or Sunday
• Early March through late April: 5-night rentals, with check-in or check-out on Saturday or Sunday
• January and February: Monthly rentals
• For shorter stay requests during restricted seasons, please submit an inquiry
• Maximum 2-week rentals from March through November
• For special requests, please contact Reservations directly
• Renter must be at least 21 years old. If under 25, an additional security deposit is required

I was impressed when I arrived. It was bigger then I expected. I was concerned about the view from the porch because there was no picture online. It's a private porch. The view is of palm trees. The property has lots of trees and is shaded. There are lots of hidden fees! You have to buy a $20 bracelet to be on the property. This includes everyone in your party, including children. You also have to pay $25 for parking. The parking did not frustrate me as much as the $20 bracelets. There are tennis courts and golf but you can't use them because the owner of the condo did not leave rackets or golf clubs in the condo. There are also no board games or anything like that in the condo. There were sand toys and beach chairs on the porch, which was nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and pots and pans. There was no hair dryer nor full length mirror.
