1. Check-in is 4pm | Check-out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Please Note: Exterior security cameras are present and in place at the front and back of the home for added safety monitoring. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and no cameras are installed inside the living areas.

stayed at the SummerHouse West condos for over 15 years. However, it’s always been in building B because I had friends that owned condos and it’s just been where we’ve stayed as the norm. This trip however, I chose the lagoon for a peaceful opportunity and the ability to see sun rises at the beginning of 21 days of prayer my church does. Wow! The beauty, the peace, the quiet, the serenity! Why have I not chosen this earlier? The condo itself was exceptional and every detail noted and provided. I did not want to leave and I cannot wait to get back. To the owner: need a condo cleaner? Will work off my stay lol once a month

First time to Gulf Shores…but we’re coming back next year. Beautiful, peaceful, quiet yet close to the downtown action.

Lovely unit! Very clean, tastefully decorated and well appointed. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much! We would absolutely return, but definitely when it's warmer. Even the end of March was a little too chilly!
