The house was very clean. The layout of the house is ideal; the kitchen is great for family meals. I liked the carport; it kept the sun off the car. The house is centrally located in Pensacola; close to the beaches, close to many restaurants, and close to Pensacola Christian College where we dropped our daughter off for college. The neighborhood was quiet with nice live oaks.

We enjoyed the house for our family of 8 during our quick trip to visit nearby family. Beautifully updated and comfortable property. Spacious rooms, plenty of parking, quick and easy to get around town. Thank you!

We were very pleased with the conditions of the house overall. Cute, clean, & cozy property.I wish we had known the train ran very nearby and sounded off for the nearby intersection crossing multiple times each night.The master bed was also very uncomfortable. Poor bent framework with a thin mattress. The other beds were nice, but my wife and I slept poorly enough that we opted for a hotel the final night of our stay.
