About this house rental

The kitchen is equipped for cooking all your meals. We have Wi-Fi and smart TVs to stream Netflix and chill out with your family. My home has an open floor plan that has been recently redecorated. There is a master suite with a king bed and garden tub. The second bedroom has a full bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. There is an air mattress and a large couch if extra sleeping areas are needed. A washer and dryer are provided.

The house is just like the pics. So cute and very clean! Communication was great until the week of our trip and I could not get the information on how to enter the property. Luckily, the owner answered my call when we arrived and helped us get in. She is very nice and was apologetic about mixing up the days we were coming in. However, that meant the AC hadn’t been turned on and it was 82 degrees in the house. The first night was very hot as we could not get the air to work properly. The owner and her friend (who happened to live next door) were very communicative with us; even late at night (10:30 pm) trying to help us get the house cooled off. It eventually worked but we woke up around 4am with it being 60 and we were freezing. The last 2 nights was normal temperature and great. The friend (since owner was not nearby) had gone over and cleaned out the unit (or did something) and I think that helped. The only thing I would recommend to future guests is to check in with your host and ask that she give you the code and have her to turn the AC on with her phone (if in summer months) ahead of time so you don’t have to wrestle with it. Other than that, the house is great! The check-out process is easy.Plenty of space and comfy beds.Besides a little bit of miscommunication and AC mishaps- I would stay here again!

It was what we needed. We didn’t stay here much, just slept here. Indoor/outdoor furniture for living room, but comfortable. Ants were a problem in kitchen and bathroom. Limited kitchen utensils, but we made do with what they had.
