As you step into the tastefully decorated living area, large windows provide views of the bay. Unwind on plush seating, enjoy the 70 inch flat-screen TV, and let the coastal ambiance set the tone for your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary endeavors, featuring modern appliances and ample space for meal preparation. The dining area is perfect for enjoying family dinners or casual snacks.
The master bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed along with a 50 inch flat screen television and provides a serene escape. The second bedroom also offers a king sized bed ensuring comfortable sleeping arrangements for couples and family.
The master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.
Phoenix on the Bay boasts an array of amenities, including a lazy river, swimming pools, and a water slide, ensuring your stay is not only comfortable but also filled with opportunities for relaxation and recreation.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.
Boat slips are not included with our units. However, if you are staying at Phoenix on the Bay or Lighthouse on the Bay, you may rent a slip for an additional fee.
Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.
Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

My unit that we stayed at last week was so clean and as pictured when we walked in. It felt very warm and inviting being there. A couple things I did not like was the echoing of other people in the hallways, the ground by the pool area was rough and hurt my feet.
