About this house rental
With 65 square meters of living space, the Küstenwind house offers a well-designed, family-friendly atmosphere in the quiet village of Carolinensiel. Featuring three separate bedrooms and a combined living and dining area, this accommodation can accommodate up to six guests, making it ideal for families or small travel groups. The vacation home is fully equipped and features central heating to ensure comfortable temperatures year-round. The open living area invites you to relax with a cozy sofa corner, a digital satellite TV up to 24 inches, a DVD and CD player, and free Wi-Fi (starting at 25 Mbit/s).
The separate, enclosed kitchen is fully equipped and offers modern amenities such as a ceramic cooktop, oven (electric), dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, blender, and egg cooker, as well as plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. This allows you to cook for yourselves with complete flexibility and enjoy meals together. A separate dining table is available, as is a dedicated dining area, which, thanks to the room layout, ensures pleasant meals.
The bathroom features a comfortable shower, mirror, sink, window, and hair dryer. A guest restroom is also available. Inside the house, a washer and dryer (both for your exclusive use) as well as a vacuum cleaner ensure a hassle-free stay, and a laundry service is also provided.
Children are expressly welcome in this non-smoking home: a crib, a high chair, and a sandbox in the garden make the stay especially pleasant for families. A handcart is available for outings. Outside, you’ll also find a well-maintained garden, a furnished patio with sun loungers, and a lawn for relaxing. A garden shed and a charcoal grill are also available for your use. The entire garden is perfect for both relaxing and fun-filled play.
A private parking space right next to the house offers a secure spot for your vehicle. For added privacy, the house features privacy screens on all windows. The last renovation took place in 2023, so you can expect modern standards and fresh design details.
The house’s location is particularly attractive: the fine sandy beach and the North Sea are about 1,800 meters away and easily accessible by bike or car. Shopping and restaurants are only about 800 meters away, so you can easily pick up what you need on the fly and enjoy the regional cuisine. Public transportation is also accessible after about 800 meters. The proximity to essential amenities such as a supermarket, doctor’s office, hospital, bank, and ATM increases your flexibility during your stay.
Haus Küstenwind perfectly combines modern comfort, family-friendliness, and a pleasant atmosphere in a traditional setting. It’s ideal for guests seeking both relaxation in the private garden and activities in the nearby coastal area. On-site wellness offerings, a wide range of activities for children, and the ability to appeal to adventurers and those seeking relaxation alike round out the experience.
