This beautiful 3-bedroom/2.5-bathroom property is ideal for families and friends who plan on visiting the Boise area. It boasts a 2-car garage and a carport as well. This home is perfect for staying in and watching a good movie or sporting event, or just to be used as a home base for your extra-curricular activities. This unique home is sure to meet your expectations for your visit to our beautiful city!
It has a fully stocked kitchen which is great for cooking meals and visiting with friends or family. It has a cozy living room and open dining area. You’re sure to find relaxation in this property.
This property is about a 5-minute drive from Downtown Boise and has easy access to restaurants, entertainment, and city parks as well. There are also many hiking trails and outdoor activities within a short drive of this home.
This property is just a stone`s throw away from St. Luke’s Medical Center, The Veterans Hospital, and Boise States Athletic Stadiums.
NOTE: The detached garage is not available for guest`s use. This is being rented out to a long-term tenant.

It was the perfect place for our stay. Close to downtown, check in was easy, check out was easy, didn't have to do much to close up. Nice place. only negatives, spiral staircase was hard with suitcases, the flooring was uneven in a lot of places upstairs and downstairs. But overall clean and nice.

Check in went well without any issues. The hosts were responsive, the place was very clean and had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip in Boise.

The overall stay was good. The property management company has some extra precautions after booking, be ready to take photos of yourself with you CC. The property is in a beautiful downtown location and quiet neighborhood. The overall property is nice but there are some issues. The light switch by the spiral staircase is not a fixed to the pillar and would slide out. The microwave works but the rotating plate mootor is stripped and makes a loud grinding noise. The floors at the landing upstairs are very uneven and have my wife some vertigo from the slope. There was an electrical outlet in the bedroom without a cover plate. The gas fireplace in the living room was broken and not operational.Be careful at the walkway between the main room and kitchen, multiple uneven surfaces that can cause tripping hazards when moving from room to kitchen, even upstairs. My suggestion is to bring item up the back stairs for the upstairs area as the spiral staircase can be tricky to navigate with large luggage.Nice parking area but the garage door was not hooked up to electricity and was not usable, with rain would have been nice to utilize.
