About this apartment rental
Welcome to our newly updated 2 bedroom unit! This is an upstairs unit in an apartment building that can accommodate up to 4 guests. It is conveniently located in the Bloomington/Normal area and within 5 minutes of ISU and within 9 minutes of Rivian.

The 2 bedrooms are spacious and each is furnished with a queen sized bed and dresser along with an updated full sized bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances and amenities for cooking meals. The living room contains comfortable furnishings including a huge sectional and a 50" Smart TV for streaming your favorite programs and lounging! Laundry facilities are located in the back of building through the back bedroom exit door.
You have access to the entire unit.
Entrance to the laundry room is through the door in the back bedroom. Washer and dryer are coin-operated.
EARLY CHECK-IN REQUEST: Please message us before check-in date. Availability depends on whether we have a same day check out and our cleaners' schedule. Additional fees may apply based on the time requested

This place is definitely not what you would expect. But now i understand why they dont have pictures of the front of the property. It looked like the old projects. Inside was clean but it could use some investing. They didnt have central heating and cooling. There was old a/c unit in the front that had frost on it. The couchs felt like you were sitting on a tire. There's cracks in the ceiling, walls and floors. It's just not what i was expecting, paying the price i would have paid for a nice hotel. Then theres a mystery door in the back that i dont know where it goes. Very suspicious. All im saying is they should put some of those extra doors back into the building and updating the apartment.
