About this cabin rental

Whether you seek adventure or relaxation, Hidden Falls is where you want to be.

All the charm and coziness you would expect at an Ozark Mountain get-away on 38 acres with your own private waterfalls. Remote, yet only 35 miles to the Buffalo National River and 90 miles to Branson, Mo.

Secluded at the end of a private lane is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1556 sf home decorated with wildlife mounts, custom red cedar and unique Elk chewed furniture and bears everywhere.

Nature inside and out! From the wrap around porch, relax while watching birds and other wildlife- you might see deer and possibly a bear as Searcy County has the largest population of black bear in Arkansas.

The Main Cabin

You will find a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals - dishes, silver wear, pans, bakeware, etc. You just need to decide whether to cook inside or outside on the large Breo Pit encircled by massive Arkansas stone benches. Then you'll have to decide whether you want to eat outside at one of 2 red cedar picnic tables or inside on the custom red cedar table.

The main cabin has a master suite with a king bed and large TV. French doors that lead to the wrap around porch, and a large walk-in closet. The master bath has double sinks, a shower, and a garden tub, and a separate toilet area.

The second bedroom has a queen aspen log bed, and TV. Located right next to the second bathroom.

A queen size sleeper sofa located in the living room has a memory foam topper that can be added for extra comfort.

Relax in the living room, on either the aspen glider or leather sofa while enjoying the fire in the wood stove and surrounded by magnificent wildlife mounts to include a gray wolf and a turkey,

The Trapper's Cabin

Step back in time as you enter the Trapper's Cabin to experience how the old timers might have built their cabin with hand-peeled red cedar log walls and a tin roof, four custom red cedar log twin beds, pioneer decor, pelts, and deer mounts. This is an ideal space for teenaged kids or additional guests. The cabin is heated and cooled and includes a TV and a DVD player with some movies. Please note: a bathroom is not located in the Trapper's Cabin.

Both cabins are included in the price

This is truly the perfect forest retreat! The house is wonderfully secluded, yet equipped with everything you could possibly need—and more. It is one of the cleanest homes I have ever stayed in. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, utensils, spices, dishes—you name it. The layout is very convenient, with two separate living areas in the main house. The interior has a rustic, hunter’s lodge feel, complete with unique décor. I’ll admit the wolf mount gave me a little scare, and my husband counted no fewer than 60 bear-themed items throughout the house! The yard is spacious and cozy, with a firepit and a grill area, and the view over the valley is simply breathtaking. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The landlord deserves special praise as well—quick to respond to questions and very accommodating, even allowing us an earlier check-in. Highly recommended!

This property is in the woods and very quiet. Outside is a beautiful fire pit where we spent most of our time. The decor is something else. Reminds me of homes in Gatlinburg. The host is very responsive and would most definitely go back again. There were 8 of us with trucks and side by sides and there was plenty of room to park.

Clean, beautiful, relaxing. Waterfalls were bone dry August 2025 but the property and area was amazing. Went to a spot on the Buffalo river about 40 min away for a swim instead. Host was nice and informative!

We live in the hottest state and always try to get away in the summer. The weather and views were absolute top tier. Waterfalls provided endless entertainment for the kids. My absolute favorite were the two hummingbirds that visited the porch all day. It was a secluded cabin but the inside felt like a 5 star hotel. It was such a nice stay.

My family of 7 had a wonderful time staying at this property. We enjoyed the camp fire and my older son loved sleeping in the trapper cabin. We were able to see lots of wildlife and it was very peaceful!!

The property was beautiful and secluded. It was so peaceful! I enjoyed the variety of birds at the feeders, accommodations were awesome, even though we didn’t utilize the Trappers Cabin. We hiked to the waterfalls, and they were beautiful as well. Note* the Ben the easy route with a bad knee was doable but challenging. There are walking sticks provided and I had brought mine, coming back out I had mine and my sons or I may have been at the ravine still. lol. All in all- beautiful home and the owners thought of all the minor details which was impressive. Hope to come again soon.
