Clean, family friendly and everything you need. Its unfortunate that I read about the elevators being an issue, but waiting 30 minutes to catch one is a little unreasonable and definitely puts a damper on things depending on how you are traveling. Some tenants reported waiting 1.5 hours to get on the elevator. If you are transporting a cart or anything that can not go down stairs, expect to wait. This was also time dependent- near check in and check out. Again damper on things but not the end all be all.

We loved our stay at the condo in orange beach! Clean, comfortable, and perfect location right on the beach. A perfect place to stay for vacation!

The shower curtain was moldy. The pull out couch cushions were stained and flipped over. One kitchen chair had been broken and repaired, leaving it wobbly. Nightstand drawer just falls out on floor. Kitchen utensils had dried food stuck to them. The bath towels smelled soured. The worst thing was when we were preparing for checkout and were stripping the beds. When removing the pillow slips we found the pillow we had been sleeping on all week, appeared to have old blood all over it. The morning of checkout pest control was beating on doors like the ATF at 9 am. There was a sign by the elevator that morning but it was not there late the night before. So we had no idea what was going on as we were trying to pack and get out by check out time. Splash pad was broken down and was repaired before we left but the kids were disappointed upon arrival. Some of this is just “stuff happens” most of it was completely preventable with better management/maintenance.
