About this house rental
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Great room with super comfy 12' sectional features a 5' ottoman/coffee table, 85" smart TV, a mesmerizing fish tank, granite slab dining table and gourmet kitchen with spacious quartz island. Enjoy the shared hot tub after a day of sightseeing or beach going!
All bedrooms have new hybrid beds, 55" smart TVS and USB charging on the table lamps.
Master bedroom has CA king, bedroom 1 has Queen and bedroom 2 has 2 twins with desk.
Please note: We have a guest studio on the lower level of the home with a separate entrance. They share the driveway and backyard / hot tub.

The home was very clean and right off highway 1, easy to get to many places. Living room was comfy with a very large TV, great to hang out and chat. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels and soaps, etc. A couple of minor things. The front door stuck a little, so we had a hard time initially getting it to unlock, but once we figured out you had to pull the door forward a bit and turn the key, it was easy. Also, we couldn't get the sliding door in the master to stay locked, we ended up using the pole from the closet to keep it closed, but it made us a little nervous we couldn't lock it. We also didn't realize there is an additional studio we shared the backyard area with. But that could have been our mistake and we missed it in the listing. We never saw who was staying there, but we could hear them a bit walking around, and it made us a little self conscious about being too loud just walking around and talking. Scott was very responsive and we would stay again.

Super clean, spacious home well-outfitted for a weekend getaway! We could all 5 fit on the sofa, all around the kitchen table and the island was a perfect spot for breakfast or appetizers to be set out. Great location between Pacifica and Half Moon Bay. Easy travel to either. Hot tub was clean and worked well. A little dark out there, and couldn’t plug in lights, but we made it happen. Goodie bags for each in the bathrooms and makeup towels.Scott communicated quickly in response to any questions. Easy in and out with lockbox and key. Everyone said the beds were amazing and we all slept well both nights. Would definitely stay again or recommend to others!
