For security, there are cameras facing the front door and driveways of this Wander.There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
NO SMOKING
No smoking or vaping inside. Open flames including candles are also prohibited. Exceptions are birthday candles or fire in a designated fire pit or fireplace.
PET POLICY
This home is maintained as a pet-free, hypoallergenic environment during guest stays. It is professionally cleaned to support guests with severe pet allergies and asthma sensitivities. Because of this, no pets are permitted on the property during guest stays. Guests traveling with service animals are asked to notify us prior to booking so we can help ensure the health and safety of all guests.
POOL HEATING
The pool is available from May to September and is closed during the winter. There is a $400/day fee for pool heating during these warmer months. Pool heating must be done at least 72 hours before arrival.
We regularly service the pool's water on Fridays to ensure it remains clean and healthy.
Please note that the Vacation Rental Addendum must be signed in order to use the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, & the perfect size for our group (2 couples, 2 single adults, 3 kids, 1 infant). The beds are so comfortable (minus the pillows - would recommend bringing your own if possible), the bathrooms are spacious, & the kitchen/family area is open & inviting. The only negatives about our stay were the alarm on the sliding door in the living room that leads to the pool deck. While the safety feature was appreciated, the inability to disarm the alarm when coming back inside the house was problematic (especially while the kids were napping & for the early risers who wanted to enjoy a beach walk while others in the house were still asleep). The other was the astronomical 400/day pool heating fee that is apparently only available during the hottest months of the year (May - September). I would strongly encourage the property owners to revisit that policy. Overall, our stay was incredibly pleasant & we would consider returning if accommodations were made on the door alarm (adding a 2nd disarm button on the outside of the home), & the pool heating fee/policy.
