The house was very clean and looked as if it had been recently renovated. All the appliances were new, as were the furnishings. There were only 3 of us staying there, but it would have been very comfortable with six. I spent every morning on the lanai with my coffee and a book. This property was located near the beaches and centrally located to the various venues I visited during my stay. I was In Sarasota for a family wedding and there were several events throughout the week. The area felt safe to walk in and there was even a Catholic Church within walking distance. I would happily stay there again.
