Super convenient to shuttle lot for stock show. Everything was nice and clean. This was our second time to stay at the property.

First off, we drove all night and arrived in the parking lot about 2:45. Check-in time was supposed to be at 3. I still had not received check-in instructions. I messaged the host and he replied it would be 4:00 and told us not to arrive before then. We finally got in the apartment at 4:15. A few dining room chairs very wobbly / broken. Some of the trim around the patio doors was water damaged. The kitchen needs more pots. The wifi network did not work. I contacted the manager about the wifi on a couple of occasions and he said he would contact tech support. Overall the apartment was nice. On day 2 we ran out of toilet paper. The manager had not left any extra rolls, just the half rolls on the dispenser in the bathrooms. We contacted the manager and he said he would have someone drop some off today. We had to buy our own toilet paper. The manager never brought any by. The location is great to what we needed. On check-out day we never received any instructions. I assumed that we just dropped the key off at the front office. I tried to message the manager. No reply until much later that day. The office did not open until 10 so we had to leave later than we wanted. The office told me they do not hold keys and they are not supposed to know the tenant is renting out the apartment, so I guess the manager is doing it illegaly? All in all, not a bad place, but horrible management. Do better! oopopen open until 10 so we had to wait to
