Cozy cottage just steps away from an inviting cove. Full use of the dock along with private outdoor space allows for you to sit back and appreciate the beauty of nature. Feel free to fish off the dock or use the kayak to explore the cove. Around the corner from a sugar sand beach and a short drive to local vineyards.

Nice spot near the water. Long dock with benches and outdoor furniture to enjoy the views. Clean with good beds and nice linens. Lots of towels. Best yet- 3 kayaks! A bit of a sloped, grassy walk from small parking area.

Property was precisely on the waterfront with beautiful views of the surroundings and especially the sunsets over the water. There were 3 kayaks and a canoe on the property for use, and we enjoyed paddling around the very calm waters. Great bicycling (mostly flat roads), and able to avoid busy streets for the most part.Easy walk to Fishermen's Beach, which was very peaceful - and the water was perfect. Other beaches a bit further --- some were reachable by bicycle - most or all of the beaches require town of Southold stickers to park.Rose was very gracious --- main house is on the property, but utmost privacy was preserved. Highly recommend a stay.
