About this house rental
Prime location in the Maravista area of Falmouth. Walk to Great Pond and follow the path to Bristol Beach. This recently renovated house is close to Falmouth village and the Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard.
This house has 3 beds and 2 baths, in addition there is a finished basement with a double bed and twin size day bed. The kitchen has all new stainless steel kitchen appliances. The house is cooled by a LG a/c system.
There is a large driveway that can accommodate 3-4 cars. A beautiful fenced in back yard with a side deck with patio table, chairs and a gas grill. A new outdoor shower for rinsing off the beach sand.
The house is situated near many beaches, Falmouth Heights Beach and Bristol Beach are only a mile or so away. It is a quick 30 minute trip to Martha’s Vineyard by taking the Island Queen Ferry,

This house was very clean, organized and perfect for our family vacation. The house has everything that you need down to bikes and helmets. Heather was extremely communicative and accommodating. I would recommend this house for all families. Looking forward to our next trip back to Falmouth!

This little cozy house is maybe small outside but it’s so mighty inside. Has everything you need and the clean mess of the place is just superb. You have everything you need from bikes, beach chairs to umbrella and bathroom stuff. The towels were so clean and she’s super clean love it.

This is our second time staying at this house. It is so clean and the location is perfect. Heather makes everything so easy. We’ll definitely be back!!!
