The property is as advertised and pictures true to reality. From the first interactuon with the host, he was very thorough in his communications. The property itself is "work in progress" but was perfect for two humans and dogs to have our own space and common areas. The back yard was lush with vegetation, but the dogs found their way the large space. Inside, the host has so many kitchen gadgets, and snacks placed in the fridge, as well as "grab and go" on the microwave. Was just the place we needed to evacuate from Hurricane Milton. Tidbit: this is not on the host as well, it's Florida. But the backyard does attract lots of bugs, a mosquito dance club, if you will. If you use this property, might want to bring your favorite bug spray for outdoor use and indoor activity.

Property is as pictured. Yard was great for our dogs and fenced in fully which was nice. Very minimal with the decor and random furniture in the livingroom room/dining room but doesnt affect the stay. We just used it for one night while our pup had surgery and we worked from the house: it was a place to sleep. Host left extras in the kitchen which was nice like granola bars, coffee, tea, mini cereal boxes, etc which was a nice touch. A little dusty but maybe expected in an older house if it has been sitting unoccupied for a week or more.

The owner was very prompt with his responses. However, the place was not very clean. Very dusty in the main room and certain areas of the floor had not been mopped/cleaned. Spider webs and dust bunnies in the corners and on walls. The rooms and bathrooms were clean it was mainly the main living room area. They left snacks and things like that which were nice but could use some containers with lids and/or foil or plastic wrap to store leftovers
