Flat 1, Belmont is a lower-ground-floor apartment consisting of a kitchen equipped with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and a living/dining room with seating for four guests and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-size beds , along with a bathroom. Parking is available in the nearby car park. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and within 0.3 miles, a beach and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair is available. Flat 1 is a superb base for your next Welsh adventure. Note: The property is accessed down a flight of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility.

The unit is nicely designed on the interior, very clean and comfortable though minimally provisioned as compared to other VRBOs we have stayed in. It is also wonderfully convenient to the beach, the old parts of the town and the area of restaurants and stores. We lucked out and got parking in front and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We were a little surprised that it was such a lower level and one of us had some reactions to the moisture despite the humidifiers. I would encourage others not to be put off by the grounds as the unit is well kept up. We were very glad to have the use of a washing machine.

Arrived at 5pm. Apartment still hadent been cleaned. Got back in to Apartment about 6.30. All cleaned. The place is nice enough. I think theres a problem with damp as dehumidifier in the bedroom. Really good location. Its ok. Wont blown your socks off.
