Carole and Jonathan are pleased to present this charming detached house completely renovated by them and restyled to the tastes of the day.
Located 7km from Carpentras, enjoy the countryside while being close to the city. Aubignan is a stone's throw from Beaumes-de-Venise and the famous vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône
Very well equipped and comfortable both inside and outside, you will appreciate the reversible air conditioning in all rooms, the mosquito nets but above all the private fenced swimming pool 6x4m surrounded by sunbeds, idleness guaranteed! (open from 01/05 to 30/09)
You will have the choice between 2 terraces, south and north-east with barbecue
The house is on the first floor, accessed by 5 steps.
The entrance opens into the living room, it is composed of 2 sofas, an armchair, a flat screen TV, dvd player and a relaxation area with poufs, armchair, speaker and wifi.
The living room opens onto the dining room equipped with a large table with 10 chairs that opens into the kitchen.
The kitchen is well equipped and integrated with plenty of storage, it has: oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, selective sorting, pod coffee maker, small appliances...
The kitchen gives access to 1 master bedroom (3 steps) with 160x200cm bed, shower room, large dressing room and separate toilet.
The other 3 bedrooms have 4 beds 90x190cm and 1 bed 160x200 cm and share a bathroom with 2 sinks and shower cubicle as well as a separate toilet.
At your disposal, everything you need to accommodate a baby: cot, high chair, bathtub, crockery, changing table, stroller...
On site, you will find: a large enclosed garden of about 800 m² with a petanque court, an electric gate, a secure swimming pool, a shelter for your bicycles and a carport.
