Comfy Tudor in suburban setting, 5mi from Center City Philadelphia. Coffee bar!

This is a very cool house. The front yard was a little overgrown and a few boxes of Kleenex in the house would have been nice, but otherwise an enjoyable stay. Close to eateries and the golf course where we were playing in a tournament.

The location was awesome, neighborhood was safe and quiet, and everything from the college campus to Philly airport and sites were only a 10-20 minute drive. The house has so much character with original stained glass and built ins. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs provided ample space for everyone to be cozy and shower in a timely manner. The only two downsides were: 1. The driveway, which has tons of space for parking once you get up to the house, but the hedges are over grown on one side with a rock wall on the other making it very difficult to pull in and out. And 2. It did not seem like this house has been professionally cleaned, the counters were sticky, the fridge was covered in streaks of crusty food and two closets had piles of what appeared to be dirty linens in them. Professional cleaning would have made this a 5 star visit! Host was a great communicator and offered to reimburse me for a steamer since one wasn’t provided.

Well kept, comfortable and spacious. Very private parking, easily accessible from the city or the blue route. Worth the price for sure!

Very responsive owner. Bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms! Very well stocked kitchen and coffee bar! Just need a better cleaning company. Very easy to get around Philly area. Very pretty neighborhood to walk in.
