We welcome you to our Beautiful 15 Bedroom/ 15 Bathroom home, with private swimming pool, and all the amenities necessary for your family and friends to spend a precious and memorable vacation in Orlando.
There is a standalone BBQ grill (upon request, fee of $95.00 with first propane tank included).
Located in Kissimmee, only 9 miles from Disney park complex and with easy access to all Orlando area attractions, restaurants, shopping malls and golf courses!

This home is the perfect spot to relax or extend your fun after a full day theme park visit, golfing or shopping. Just kick back and enjoy your own private oasis!
The open concept floor plan (first floor) allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen.
You will be able to unwind in your own private screened pool with spa (heating optional / add-on) and lanai and show everyone the talented chef you are by cooking poolside in our gas BBQ grill (optional / add-on service).
On the second floor you'll find a loft for the whole family to watch a movie, catch a game or just chill!
All 15 bedrooms are suites (private bathroom); all rooms feature a flat screen TV and minibar have the following bed configuration:

The property has central air conditioning and heating throughout, free Wi-Fi and, Roku TV. There is one laundry room, washer and dryer on each floor and one iron and ironing board. Parking available on driveway (3-5 cars, depending on size). No street parking permitted by the Community's HOA.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee, subject to availability.
STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection every day of the week, with exceptions on certain holidays. Enclose the garbage in 13 gallons trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles (bench) outside the front door. Excess trash bags need to be taken to the compactor's chute located near the clubhouse.
GARAGE: There is no garage parking available. Cars may be parked in the Driveway (3-5 cars depending on size).
Exterior ONLY surveillance devices that capture and record audio + video. NO devices inside the home or in pool / lanai area.

Check out: 10 am.
Self check in via electronic keylock / keypad.
Entire house is available for Guest use.

Our family enjoyed our time in this home. It had plenty of room and was in really good condition. Host did a great job communicating with us through the stay.

The rooms were perfect and the host answered me anytime I wrote to him, if I needed something I just sent him a message and it was executed you will not regret staying it was great if ever I wanted to rent a house in Kissimmee it would be that house I enjoyed my stay thank you.

After the deposit was made we decided as a group to pay the final payment a month before it was due. There is no option to pay early so i contacted the host and got that taken care of the issue with that was I had to continuously reach out about a receipt or a confirmation email. About 2 days before the trip I had to reach out again about check in instructions. In the check in instructions it stated that we should go to the security gate for parking instructions we did not because all vehicles fit in the driveway but 1 van was hanging over the sidewalk so Monday morning it was ticketed stating that so I went to the security gate to see about parking but they had no idea what I was talking about they said they have no control over the parking & the city gives the tickets out so I contacted the host I was then told where to park & that I would get my money back but it hasn't happened next thing is the upstairs dryer went I contacted the host someone came out said he fixed it but it still wasn't drying 1 night the lights went out in the front 2 bedrooms foyer area & porch got that fixed the next day we also paid $70 for the propane tank to use the grill & it was half full we used it twice once to cook about 5 steaks & the night before we left & the propane ran out & on the night before we left while packing up it was a roach running around we killed it & took pictures it wasn't the worst time but not the best
