Very clean and comfy beds. Good for a couple or small group. Very close to Mt. Rushmore Road and convenient.

The house was nice older home. It had plenty of room and everything needed. The location near the park was nice and make sure to bring your pickle ball gear. It was an easy travel to do all the tourist stuff. We had a small issue with the door lock on front door. Only downside was the upstairs bathroom was small and the tub did not drain well.

The house is so cute, however, there is quite a few things they should tell people. The most important is that the main floor bathroom shower is not a normal shower. This is a converstion that has NO holder for the hand spray nozzle. You HAVE to hold it so showering is a task. The white plastic handle is broke so even if you hold it - the nozzle sprays so bloody hard that it whips around and can practically spray your skin off - making showers miserable and not comforting. The mat for the shower is a flimsy hand towel and the shower curtain does not stay hanging without popping off the hooks every time you move it. And lastly, there is NO fan in the bathroom. There IS an window right in the shower. Beds ARE amazingly comfortable. However, if you are going to ask your guests to strip bedding, you may want to be sure your mattresses are not stained yellow and questionable looking. The kitchen has almost nothing to use - no baggies, no aluminum foil, no markers (black permanent markers even) no plastic wrap. 1 bowl only to use to mix. The dishwasher does NOT open all the way without pushing down hard like you'll break it. Door handles are cute but make it so very difficult to open any of the doors and the back door screen handle comes off.
The BBQ does not work and the propane was either left on by someone or used up-I had to pan fry all our hamburgers which was a HUGE disappointment. Cute but not a great place to stay if you cook or like showers.
