Trip was great! Had a lot of minor things when we got there- which I would not have expected with the price range! Everything was taken care of just annoying to deal with after traveling all day.

Great location and property. Can’t beat the ease of walking out directly to the beach. Southern Properties was responsive to all questions. Easy to work with.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location to the grocery store and several restaurants. The house was beautiful and steps from the beach. Not everyone brought their own beach towel so that would have been nice to have been provided. Also, they desperately need to supply kitchen mitts/gloves. We cooked everyday and it was very difficult trying to handle hot pans with a thin dish towel only. No lighting for the back patio and particularly the grill area. We were trying to cook chicken and burgers with our phone flashlight- not at all ideal and needless to say we burnt the chicken. I didn’t like the check in and check out process. The information was located in several different places and was difficult to retrieve. I also rented another house while there and immediately received a text from the person of contact for the duration of my trip as soon as I got there. This was wonderful for asking questions and making service requests without having to go into the management company’s website and find the number and make a call. Lastly, the keypad would go off at 12:30, 3:30, 7:00..all hours of the night. When I first heard it, it was 12:30 at night and we thought someone was trying to punch in the code and get into the house. Very scary and we got little sleep that night because it went on all through the night until we realized it must be a setting to make sure the door is locked after so many hours with no activity. Other than those few things, I would stay there again.
