• No parties or events are allowed. Maintain quiet after 10:00 pm.
• All guests must adhere to Residencial Torres Catalanas policies.
• Lost keys, remotes, or keycards incur a US$50.00 charge.
• Maximum occupancy is 8; excess occupants will be asked to vacate.
• Up to 2 visitors allowed at a time; overnight visitors must be declared in
reservation with a $10 fee per person per night after the second guest.
• Undeclared guest fee is US$20 per person per night.
• Stained or damaged towels, sheets, or covers incur a $30 fee each.
