This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

The house felt like a home and met the needs of all nine of us with ease. The living room was a great place to relax and the kitchen table fit all of us. We did some cooking and found all that we needed in the kitchen to do so. There is a lot to do in the area from walking on conservation lands, to shopping to going to museums.

We had a great time in this beautiful home. We could all cook together in the well stocked kitchen and gather in the living room to play games. Each bedroom was comfortable and the bathrooms were updated. The location was central to the Berkshires.

The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. All you need to do is add food. I did have a few questions and the managers response was extremely quick. We walked to town for dining, shopping and a little further was a great hike. Lee is close to many other fun towns too, so easy access to so mush is possible.

Our stay was disappointing in many ways. PROS: house was clean; ensuite Master Bedroom second floor had been renovated and was most bright and comfortable room in house; bedding and towels were fresh and clean; patio was pleasant; neighborhood quiet; many small conveniences appreciated (hooks, towel bars, well-equipped kitchen, etc.). CONS: viewing online photos, we six friends were expecting a bright and cheerful interior, but photos must be enhanced because most of rooms were much darker in person; we were expecting five usable bedrooms but BE AWARE 5th bedroom on third floor (attic, no bathroom) is up a flight of steep steps & was uncomfortably hot when we went in mid-May. (No A/C in the house, which we knew beforehand.) Unable to use that room, one of us slept on a 4" thick/3-fold ‘mattress’ placed on living room sofa. Internet very spotty. Called host and several pleasant people talked us through trouble-shooting but with minimal success over 2-night stay. Oven cooktop did not have light or it was broken. Dishwasher’s soap dispenser door did not open during operation, giving only hot rinse. Ice maker in fridge did not work. Garbage disposal did not work. SAFETY ISSUES: no railings on steep steps at front of house, nor at back entrance (door with code entry code box). To access the patio, one must navigate higher (12”+) than normal step, again with no railing. Although communications with VRBO and AVANTSTAY were prompt and cordial, we would not stay at Cordelia again.
