Failure to comply with these rules may result in a $500 USD fine and immediate cancellation of your reservation, requiring you to vacate the apartment.

I was really surprised to find the place looked exactly like the photos, and was bigger than I imagined! I felt like I could live there long-term. The kitchen was stocked w every type of dish and cookware you could need. TV had ability to connect to your video and music apps very easily. My only issue was there wasn’t enough air circulation with only one window opening — my nose got stuffy a lot — but the fan helped. Very clean and incredible location.
