Design Oceanfront Villa - Privat Pool - Gated Community 10 Guests

Wow, the view when we first walked in was spectacular! What a great place to wake up to every morning. Pro's Location - Outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown with grocery and liquor stores, multiple restaurants all within 10 minute walk. We enjoyed dinner at Spritz, Blue Sail, Socialhouse and Twisted Lime. Big comfortable living area with a couch big enough to seat our family of 7, as well as enough loungers and couches outside for everyone to relax. Private beach - there is a private beach for the complex which was nice. The amount of beach depended on the tide/time of day but we spent alot of time here. Florian gave us a tour of the area on the day of arrival which was very helpful. Cons Pool is not heated - we barely used it as it was quite cold, this is understandable given the heating cost however beware of the time you go as we went in November and the pool was not really enjoyable. Basic supplies - We did not have enough toilet paper, soap, dish tabs, garbage bags for a family of 7 for a week. It seems this may be a general rental thing that you are responsible for anything other than the small amount initially provided however this was surprising as we were coming from far away and did not plan for these things. Overall we had a fantastic time here, the locals the friendliest people we have ever met. We took the bus into downtown multiple times and never felt unsafe. Note that we stayed at Caprice #8 as 9 was under construction.

Alicia met us on arrival and made sure we got all instructions. Ask as many questions as possible, she is accommodating. There were some minor setbacks like the alarm remote who the previous renter messed up and the local data but we had a great stay. Would recommend for big families!

The access to a beautiful reef, crystal clear warm water, and snorkeling was worth every penny staying at this location.
