It features a double bed, fresh linens, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchenette, a microwave, a Servibar refrigerator, a 32" LED Smart TV, a dresser, a coat rack, a work area, and a spacious, modern bathroom.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The neighborhood is very lively and home to a large commercial and working community. It’s perfectly located in northern Mexico City. Just 5 minutes from the Izcalli Industrial Zone, 10 minutes from San Martín Obispo, 3 minutes from the toll booth to Tepotzotlán, and 2 minutes from the Mexico City–Querétaro highway.
You can get around the neighborhood on foot or by bike. There are grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and gyms very close by; most stay open late or offer home delivery. Search on Google Maps with your GPS enabled, and you’re sure to find plenty of shopping and entertainment options.
Parking
The parking lot has 20 spaces in front of the building and 6 spaces behind it. It is open and free of charge, at your own risk, and subject to availability and occupancy. If there is no space available, you may have to park your car at the Plaza San Marcos Shopping Center.
Access to the building is via a personal code:
