Discover our charming duplex. Our residence has everything you need for your stay in WDM. Located 5 minutes from Jordan Creek. Quiet neighborhood with parking available for multiple vehicles in the driveway. Close to some of the best WDM restaurants - Cool Basil, Waterfront Seafood Market and Cafe, among others. Only 10 minutes from Downtown.

Welcome to Clive. Clive has awesome shops, restaurants, nature trails - you name it, Clive has it. The duplex is in a quiet neighborhood right across the street from University Park Shopping Center which houses TJ Maxx, Waterfront Seafood, the new Brazil Terra Grill Steakhouse. It's also a few blocks from Starbucks, Cool Basil, Kohls and SO many more shopping and eating opportunities.
Main shared covered entrance.
The right side of the duplex is all yours. Deck outside to share and back yard.
The driveway to the Right of the home is all yours.
This is a duplex, guests have access to the entire right side of the house, the Right side of home's driveway and shared yard/deck.
Getting around couldn't be easier. Whether you prefer exploring the city by foot, bike or ride share, there is great public transit, bike lanes, even downtown sky walks to avoid bad weather! And of course Uber is only a text away.
Shared main covered entrance with invidual entrance doors. Yours is on the Right!

No Smoking or Vaping inside the home.
Put keys/key fob back in the lock box and scramble the code
Lost Key - $250 Keys Left In Unit - $75 Smoking in Unit - $250 Broken or Missing item (Per Item) - $25 Early Check in 2PM - $50 Late Check Out 12NN - $50
Missing Parking Pass (if applicable) - $250
Pre-Arrival Requirements We require all guests to complete the following pre-arrival steps: 1. Read and sign the rental agreement. 2. Send us a picture of you holding your government-issued of ID. Thank you for your cooperation!

Great little house. Very clean and a great host. Has a basement that has reinforced floor joices to be a proper tornado shelter. I will be back in June and i will stay again.

The entire process from start to finish was smooth.
The house is as it appears in the pics. We stayed here during the hinterland music festival. It was in a nice and safe neighborhood, plenty of options to get coffee and bagel in the mornings. Quick access to the freeways.
The house was clean and spacious with a lot of closets. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes.
We had a minor glitch before the arrival and Sheryl handled it very well and professionally.
Life happens, how well you take care of situations is what matters and Sheryl took care of it very well.
Throughout our stay she was available on text and messages and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Midwest hospitality at its finest.

There were no major problems with this property other than the carpet on the stairs was very dirty. Other small details were that there were not enough towels and only 1 large spoon in the silverware drawer. Also, a bit of extra toilet paper would have been nice.
