✨ Stay golden ✨ at The Desert Rose! An ode to Hollywood legend, Betty White, this adorable 369 sqft studio downtown PHX will have you feeling right at home! A sassy lil space, perfect for a relaxing escape or comfortable spot to work remote, with a full kitchen, upgraded bathroom, and front patio. Located in the Roosevelt Historic district, the studio is walkable to some of the best spots downtown Phoenix has to offer!
The space:
You will have the little studio all to yourself. It’s small but has everything needed for a golden getaway. Comfy queen bed, sofa, Tv, WIFI, full kitchen, bathroom, and a front patio that’s perfect for a glass of wine or beer after a fun day! The unit is located in a small gated complex with friendly Neighbhors, ample privacy, and a great little shared front yard for walking your pups!
Guest access:
You’ll have the space all to yourself! The front patio is not shared, but is located along the entry way - so is only semi-private
Other things to note:
Keep in mind this is an urban environment, The Desert Rose is nestled on a sleepy street - but you may hear some of the noise and life that comes with living downtown. There is no dedicated parking, but street parking is free (just please be aware of any street signage indicating proper parking spaces) you may need to circle a few times to find a good spot- but you will find one on a nearby block if not right in front of the unit.

Stayed just two nights…with no car, this unit is a 10-minute cab ride from the airport and walking distance to some really nice restaurants. It was super-quiet, good for a short stay when you don’t need to be home much. Host was really friendly and very responsive.
