This lovely home is a four (4) bedroom three (3) bath with lots of space and sleeps 10 people. Located in lovely Mandarin - Jacksonville. Close to 295 and 95 for a quick commute to popular attractions around Jacksonville.
Full arcade room with a 60” TV & video game consoles. Battle it out on classic games - Guitar Hero, Street Fighter, Terminator 2, and more.
Enjoy the backyard with friends and family. BBQ grill, relax by the fire-pit, and swing by the beautiful pond.

We have designed this charming home to have all of your essential needs while you stay!
Boasting 2,341 square feet of cozy living space, whether you're spending time with family or friends, this home will make you never want to leave. Fits 10 comfortably with sleeping arrangements of one oversized king bed, two beautiful queen beds, and two bunk beds.
Parking - Driveway fits two vehicles. Additional vehicles may be parked on the street along the home.
Tesla charger free to use (in garage). Please put it back after each use.
Water treatment/softner system throughout home & reverse osmosis filter located under the kitchen sink for purified water.
Guest access
Guest has access to entire home and community center.
Early drop-off and checkin may be available.

>>Fire extinguisher & First aid kit, if needed, is in the closet next to the laundry room.

⸻We recently stayed at this home for a soccer tournament and overall had a great experience. The house was very spacious, which was perfect for our group, and the beds were all very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay and worked out really well for our trip. A nice place to come back to and relax after long days at the fields.

The place was amazing, it’s exactly as described on the listing. We we’re visiting for a boys golf trip. The Vrbo was plenty big to handle 8 grown men. Really nice and friendly community with accessto anywhere in Jacksonville. Seems like it was centrally located to all our golf courses. The host was amazing and very responsive return messages within minutes and handled immediately. Would recommend to my friends. .

Everyone in our party was impressed at this house and kept complementing me on selecting it for our trip. The house was so nice and clean and everything was amazing. They left s’mores for us to make on the fire pit and the kids and adults loved that experience. Would definitely rent here again when we are in the area.

We highly recommend this property. It was spacious, clean, well stocked with thoughtful extras. They had flavored coffee and cream, fixings for smores, hot coco, & condiments. Our boys enjoyed the game room. The bathrooms were spacious and had soap and shampoo, etc.
