No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home is not suitable for small children.
Parking notes: Street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis; parking is not guaranteed.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). At first glance I was a little nervous - seeing the view of the cottage from the road - then when we walked down the stairs wow! What a great surprise this little cottage was! Directly on the water with a small patio perfect for 2 people to sit and have coffee or cocktails. The space was very clean with everything you'd need to cook meals - we ate out for the 2 nights we were there - how could we resist such amazing fresh seafood options??Parking can be rough in Rockport, but we found a spot just a little down the road and left our car there for our entire stay - you're walking distance to anything and everything! Don't let the idea of a pull out bed deter you - it was plenty big enough and super comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower and sinks.Can't wait to come back and stay in the fall!!

This was the perfect getaway for my husband's 60th birthday weekend.
He was a little nervous when we pulled up and couldn't see the property from the road (only the roof).
When we went down the stairs, WOW! Location! Location! Location! The little patio is perfect for 2 people to sit and have coffee or cocktails and watch the boats, fishermen and wildlife.
Walking distance to everything!
The inside of the cabin is rustic, as stated but very quaint and clean. Good water pressure in the shower and sinks.We chose to have meals out while we were there (how could we resist all the fresh local seafood??) but the cabin is equipped with anything you'd need to cook meals and enjoy the quiet time.
We were both very pleasantly surprised and can't wait to plan another visit in the fall! Looking forward to cozy evenings with the gas fireplace burning!
