This 5000 Sq. Ft Home sleeps 24 people and the Generous Space continues outside! Outside feature 1,800 Sq. Ft. of COVERED space! We love the sun AND the shade!! We are a small family-owned business that specializes in Luxury, High-End Vacation rentals! There is plenty of seating in the Great Room and the Family Room to gather and watch a game. A total of 10 TVs are on property, so if you prefer to watch the game in your Room, at the Pool, or under one of the outdoor Verandas, you have those options! Kitchen includes a Coffee Bar and Large Island with comfortable seating. A Kitchen Dining Nook looks out to the Massive Pool and Yard. The Grand Dining Room seats 10 and looks out from Elegant French Doors to the Greenery of the Beautiful Landscaped Front Yard. In the Back Yard is where the fun continues! A full Mini Golf Course, Large Pool with Rain Curtain with a Swim Up Bar, Hot Tub, Pool Table, Corn Hole, Ping Pong, and a new favorite, a Pickle Ball Court, all await your enjoyment! Vehicles are the primary choice of transportation, but many like to rent bicycles and cruise along the nearby Chandler Paseo Trail along the canal, downtown Chandler and downtown Gilbert. This home is an oasis! Beautiful curb appeal, landscaping and the backyard is phenomenal! The interior of the home is spectacular and well laid out. We have a large family and we all had our own space. The kitchen is fabulous and we were able to make several large meals. Placement for beverages in the indoor bar fridge and full fridge on patio worked out so well. The grandkids spent hours in the pool, playing mini golf, ping pong and soccer.All the bedrooms are spacious, wonderful bedding and extremely comfortable. Bathrooms are all spa like with luxurious towels.Well equipped laundry room with large washers for the beach towels. Anything you need is in this home. The family did not want to leave! All communication with Kimberlie was prompt and very helpful. She is awesome to work with.Thanks again for a wonderful stay! The Lakes

The Epic Resort is amazing. The host is an excellent communicator and the property is beautiful inside and out. It’s well kept and clean. The house is spacious, as is the outside. The kitchen is very well equipped. Two washers and two dryers came in handy for our group of adults and children. We would come back!

This was our first visit to the Epic Resort but we have stayed at one of their sister properties. The Epic Resort property is perfect for anyone looking for a place that is gorgeous, spacious, immaculate, relaxing, beautiful, peaceful, fun, comfortable, entertaining, tranquil, and the list of positives could go on and on. Check-in and check-out was extremely easy. The property manager was very pleasant to speak with. Thank you Epic Resort!
