Green Palms Getaway is a spacious 5★ Caribbean villa in Palmiste, San Fernando, in the south of Trinidad & Tobago. Nestled in a quiet, upscale cul-de-sac, our villa offers a secure, comfortable and highly convenient base for families, groups, corporate expats and long-stay travellers. Work, Wander, Wind Down.

This two storey villa offers over 4,500 sq ft of indoor living plus generous outdoor spaces and four porches. The home includes: six air-conditioned bedrooms with blackout drapes, four full bathrooms, high ceilings, a large fully equipped internal kitchen with stainless appliances and walk-in pantry, an external kitchen with sink and BBQ pit perfect for an authentic Trini outside lime, a separate entertainment/media room, laundry with washer/dryer, and a dedicated workspace/office available on request. The property is supported by three 1000-gallon water tanks and whole-home filtration, portable emergency lights, and strong Wi-Fi suitable for remote work.
