Apartment T2 cabin on the first floor, 22m2 with terrace.
4 people, non-smoking, ideal family.
Bonascre/Ax 3 Domaines resort.
300m from the shops.
Very peaceful residence.
Living room with open fitted kitchen, 1 double sofa bed (130x190), a TV, folding table and chairs. Storage space, shelf and chest under the bed.
Large fenced terrace, with direct access to the outside.
Cabin with 2-seater sofa bed (130x190) + 1 bunk bed (70x190). Overhead storage space + underbed locker.
Shower room with shower and toilet
Very functional apartment
Ideal location on the first floor to enjoy a large exterior in the extension of its terrace sheltered from the passage of cars and pedestrians.
Large free parking in front of the residence.
Close to shops (supermarket, restaurants, bar, bakery, ski and ski pass rental, shops)
Close to the mountain bike trails, hiking trails and the gondola to Ax les Thermes.
Ideal for families with children allowing them to be supervised from the apartment while letting them enjoy the outdoors without risk.
Ideal with a dog thanks to the fenced terrace and direct access to the outside by gate.
You can walk to the aerial cableway in 2 minutes to go down to Ax les Thermes, enough to let yourself be tempted for a moment of relaxation at the baths of Ax les therme.
Provision of a plancha, 2 deckchairs and a parasol.
GOOD TO KNOW:
- Duvets and pillows provided for all beds.
- Bed linen (sheet, duvet cover, tee,...) and towels (towel, bath mat,...) NOT PROVIDED
- The basic necessities are present (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, soupalins, toilet paper,...) for the respect of all, please replace them if you finish them.
Cleaning required for the departure of the premises and not included in the rental price.
Not living on site, I count on the respect and cleanliness of everyone so that it remains in very good condition at the end of each stay!
