Ferienwohnung Bellevue - Panoramablick auf Sund - Ferienwohnung Bellevue

The Bellevue vacation rental is located right on the water and offers a 180-degree panoramic view of the Strelasund and the skyline of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. From the approximately 30-square-meter terrace, you can enjoy the harbor atmosphere of the small fishing and recreational boat harbor in the seaside resort of Altefähr while having breakfast—or simply relax. The only south-facing beach on Rügen with accessible swimming facilities is just a 100-meter walk away.

Whether you’re an angler or a sailor, a hiker or a cyclist, an active traveler or someone seeking relaxation, all possibilities are open to you here. The seaside resort of Altefähr is the central starting point for tours on Rügen and/or exploring the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast. The ferry (April through October) departs right in front of the building and takes you to the Hanseatic city of Stralsund in just 15 minutes.

The Bellevue vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the Putbus building, which was built in 2008. This modern building features an elevator, parking spaces, and a lockable bike storage room.

The apartment is non-smoking, approximately 80 square meters in size, and modernly furnished. The terrace is equipped with patio furniture (seating and lounge chairs). The apartment includes 2 parking spaces and Wi-Fi access.

The spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, measuring approximately 30 square meters, features a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a stove and oven, exhaust fan, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and egg cooker.

The living/dining area includes a dining area for 4 people, a sofa corner, a 32-inch LCD flat-screen TV with a satellite receiver, a DVD player, and a digital radio.

Each of the two separate bedrooms can accommodate 2 people. An extra bed for a toddler up to 2 years old can also be provided in the parents’ bedroom (upon request). The beds are each 1.60 m wide. The rooms are equipped with blackout curtains and insect screens.

The spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower with a glass partition, a hair dryer, a scale, and a magnifying mirror.
