Brand new house on the Chattooga river. 2 bedroom 2 bath. Large living area. It sits on an almost 4 acre lot with 300 feet of river front. Plenty of room to fish and get outdoors. Huge back porch with a fire pit. Nearby amenities include Tooga Yaks for kayaking, Weiss Lake, and Little River Canyon. Within 10 mins of all three.

We stayed on this property a few nights over New Years while visiting with family in the area. With 4 small children we had outgrown our extended family’s accommodations. We found this property on VRBO and it was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room for a family of 6 (small children). Very quiet private setting. Owner was very responsive to communications. We will likely use this property as our “go to” when visiting family. Five star rating in every metric.
