It offers breathtaking views of the sea and the island of Giglio, with amazing sunrises and sunsets to be enjoyed from the many terraces and the extensive gardens. Ideal for lovers of iconic architecture and unspoilt nature, the villa also boasts its own private tennis court.
Porto Santo Stefano with restaurants, shops and supermarkets is within easy reach. From here you can also take a ferry to the island of Giglio. The Orbetello Lagoon Nature Reserve with its 1,500 hectares of marshland is only a short drive away and is home to rare bird species such as pink flamingos and white herons. Orbetello itself has a charming historic centre with narrow streets and a lively piazza. For a day by the sea, there are long sandy beaches with fine white sand, and from nearby Porto Ercole boats can be hired to explore the stunning coastline.
