Enjoy your stay at this prime location in Fort Worth with a view of the FW Skyline. This is a spacious home with many beds. Just minutes to Stockyards, TCU, Cultural District and many more. The house is perfect for any groups size to relax and explore. It features with many amenities such as Hot Tub/Jacuzzi, Mini-Golf, outdoor BBQ dining, fully stocked coffee bar, high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs with Netflix, and premium mattress and beddings for a good night sleep.
Welcome to this newly build home that was completed in 2023. This modern open concept home has 4 bedrooms and 1 garage converted bedroom with HVAC installed and 2.5 bathrooms, high speed internet 400 Mbps, Smart TVs in all room except for one bedroom, and a very entertaining big patio equipped BBQ grill, dining table set, lounging area, hot tub, and mini-golf (putter and balls provided). There’s plenty of parking spaces (4 cars on driveway and 2 cars on the street in front of the house.)
The master bedroom with have 2 kings size bed with bathroom attached that has double showers. It also has a Smart TV.
The second bedroom will have two twin size bed.
Third bedroom has a king size bed. It also has a Smart TV.
Forth bedroom has a queen size bed with a private entrace to the balcony where you can lounge and relax with a view of the Fort Worth Skyline. It also has a Smart TV.
Living room will have L-shaped sofa with a smart TV.

The house was awesome and provided plenty of room and beds for my family and the amenities were awesome. House was very clean. This was a great place!

This place fit our needs perfectly. The large room with 4 beds worked particularly well for my son, his wife and 2yr and 4yr olds. It gave them a great getaway for separate playtime, nap time and cartoon watching while the adults were deep into football games. Everyone enjoyed the backyard mini-golf and corn hole game. The neighborhood was quiet with mostly small residential homes around the rental. The area is being upgraded, but the older homes there are clean, quiet and decorated for the holidays.
The place was well-supplied with plenty of trash bags, toilet tissue and paper towels, which is always nice to have available. One thing that would be a nice addition to the kitchen is salt and pepper shakers, even just little disposable camping type. We brought other seasonings for our holiday dishes, but we were expecting the salt to be there….small but essential item. The hot tub was heated and was used several times. We would definitely rent again if we were gathering in the area. Thanks to the hosts for responding so promptly when we had questions.

Home was the nicest place we have stayed at in the area. Close to the stockyards. Will definitely check on this one first when we need a place to stay.

The house was perfect for our group of 15 as far as showers and beds. The backyard and patios were a huge plus to our group, especially the jacuzzi. The high fence offered backyard privacy which made us feel like we weren't in the middle of the city. The furniture was high quality and amenities were well built. There were plenty of fluffy towels, and our teenagers loved the putting green. The outside trash bins were full when we arrived and the yard was overgrown, but both of those issues were addressed by the end of our stay. The outside noise pollution in the night made sleeping more difficult. Overall this was a great stay and we hope to return.
