Check in was a simple process with the code provided. I’m not sure if you normally provide dish soap and dishwasher detergent, but we had neither of those products. We also did not have a dish cloth for washing dishes. We managed with paper plates and some liquid hand soap I brought from home. All other kitchen items were plentiful.

We are from out of town and chose to stay in a small cabin for our grand daughter’s dance competition held near The Island. This property was in a nice location not far from there. Hot tub was great and so was pool. Overall a great cabin for the price and location. When I had questions they were answered promptly.

The cabin is quiet and right off the strip. Easy access to all the exciting places in pigeon forge. A Well kept cabin with all the necessary items. The pool and hot tub kept the kids entertained in the down time. Great value for the area.

Everything was great aside from the back porch structure that houses the hot tub wasn’t structurally sound. The foundation is exposed and the actual floor underneath the hot tub is bowed. We weren’t even comfortable getting in it.
