The good! Short drive from Houston. The property is nice inside. It’s the definition of do not judge the book by its cover. We were underwhelmed when we pulled up to the house but were pleasantly surprised when we got inside. It has everything you need for a family. The courtyard was beautiful but we couldn’t enjoy it because of the fly size mosquitos. They said we had to pay $25 additional fees to get it sprayed. We passed on it. The pool looks better in pictures. We went once and the kids didn’t like it. We were disappointed that we were only provided four wash cloths when our reservation was for five people. The property is owned by a management company and it was a little hard getting a hold of someone. We locked ourselves out and it took over an hr to get us back in house because it had digital locks and no physical keys were left on the property. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the beach access was not a walking distance but short trip via car. We will come back to Port Aransas on our next vacation
