These are the current photos of this unit after its newly renovation in 2024 / 2025! The unit has all new updated features throughout. The property accommodates six guests. The property accommodates six guests. Parking offers, 2 slots in the parking lot.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
• Bedroom 1 – King w/ensuite
• Bedroom 2 – Queen
• Family Room – Queen Sleeper Sofa
Please note: There’s no parking for RVs, Trailers or Golf Carts
NOTE: The primary renter must be 25 and stay during the entire rental period.
NOTE: No tents or canopies allowed on private beach out of respect for the other guests.
*** Spring Break (March / April) ***
For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Proof of age is required by all guests and all homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival to ensure compliance. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.
** Vacation at Its Finest Starter Pack **
We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, sleep mask, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.
**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan, which is included in the price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.
**IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL**
All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification.

Second time staying in this condo and we love it! Stayes in the offseason...was super quiet. Right on the beach with a lovely view. Clean and well stocked.

Host was very responsive. Great location. Super clean and well stocked. Screened in porch with table with beach view. We came in off season, but it was quiet. Barely heard the neighbors. Convenient plugs and lamps in bedroom. Coffee maker and keurig, throw blankets, hairdryer a plus. We will be back!

The location of the unit was perfect. The unit is well stocked and well kept. We would rent it again. The bed sheets could use an upgrade.

Place was small but comfortable for 4 people of us. It’s says it sleeps 6 but I don’t think it will. I’m happy there was just 4 of us. Will be back again if it’s only 4 of us.
