The terrace features an inviting hot tub and a convenient outdoor shower, perfect for relaxing in the open air. The spacious garden offers plenty of room for ball games, sunbathing, or simply unwinding in nature. Inside, the house exudes a cozy, classic Danish atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen is open to the dining and living areas, creating a warm and functional space for the whole family to cook, eat, play, and relax together. On cooler days, you can light the wood-burning stove in the living room for added comfort and ambiance. The main house offers two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. In addition, a third bedroom is available in a separate, unheated annex located right next to the property, providing flexibility for families or groups. With its charming interior, generous outdoor spaces, and prime location near the beach, this holiday home offers an ideal setting for a memorable family getaway. Whether you are seeking relaxation, outdoor activities, or quality time together, this home provides the perfect base to enjoy the Danish coast. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
