This 2-room apartment, facing northeast, is located on the first floor of the villa. With its 50 square meters of space, it offers plenty of room for families of up to 4 people.
The modern living area, featuring a recliner, sofa, gas fireplace, and flat-screen TV, guarantees a relaxing vacation any time of year. On the adjoining northeast-facing balcony, you can truly unwind. The kitchen, integrated into the living area and featuring a dining table for 4 people, offers every convenience and, thanks to its amenities (oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker), leaves nothing to be desired.
The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm / two separate mattresses) and a flat-screen TV, as well as an additional exit to the balcony.
So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest right from the day you arrive, we’ve already made up the bed for you and your fellow travelers and laid out a shower towel and a small hand towel.
In the living area, the couch can be converted into a sleeping area for the 3rd and 4th guests in no time at all.
