Beautiful condo and complex! Had a great time, and everything was smooth and easy. Very comfortable amount of space-- two balconies felt like an indulgence! The pool is lovely and grounds are well-kept. Used the grill a few nights for easy dinners. Easy and convenient location to everything. Would absolutely come back

We loved the penthouse. Clean and comfortable. We especially loved the upper deck which was very relaxing. With a water cooler and delivery of water to the door on Thursday and Monday, we had plenty of drinking water. The kitchen was well equipped. Scott was a great host and James the property manager was also extremely helpful. The supermarket was about 20 minutes walk (we are slow walkers) and plenty of places to eat. The beach was just across the road and about 5 minutes walk. The complex was very safe and secure.

We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. The location is perfect—we were able to walk everywhere. We went to the beach often with the kids since the entrance is right across the street. We’ve been to Cabo many times, and this was one of our favorite stays.One thing to note: if you’re not physically fit, be prepared for a lot of stairs. Thankfully, our family managed just fine, and the top-floor balcony was absolutely worth it. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed, and having water delivered to the door for 50 pesos was well worth it.We did have a minor complaint from the HOA, but if you’ve been to Cabo before, you’ll know this is pretty normal for condo complexes. Some people have nothing better to do and thats ok. The owner and the property manager were amazing and very responsive!
