Nightly Rental House Rules:
These house rules are in place to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, protect the property, and respect the neighbors and our beautiful mountain.
No Recreation equipment is allowed inside the condominium, stairwell, or deck.
No overnight parking of large vehicles, such as RVs, trailers, and Sprinter vans, is allowed; they may only be parked in the designated overflow parking areas.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in is after 4:00 PM,
Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
Occupancy & Guests:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. This includes all adults and children.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please let us know in advance if you are expecting any visitors.
Respect & Noise Levels:
We`d like to ask all guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially after 9:00 PM.
Brian Head City`s quiet hours are 10:00 - 8:00 AM.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited and will be noticed by the full-time residents in this complex.
Smoking & Pets:
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited inside the house, on the balcony, in the stairwell, and against the building.
Pets: Pets of any kind are not allowed on site.
Property Care & Amenities:
Please treat the property and its furnishings with care. It is our second home, and we have spent much money and time updating it for you.
You are responsible for any damages caused by you or your guests during your stay.
Parking:
Our facility is first come / first serve - do not park against the building, in front of the stairs, or at the garage door at any time—Park across from the building/parallel to the edge of the street.
For overflow parking instructions, see the documentation inside the entry door and within the QR Code house manual.

Trash & Linens:
Trash: To avoid additional fees, remove ALL trash from ALL trash cans and discard in the brown dumpster in the drive as you enter the property.
Do not leave anything in the refrigerator or cabinets.
Do not leave trash in the stairwell, the mountain animals will get into it.
TAKE ALL TRASH TO THE BROWN DUMPSTER IN THE DRIVEWAY
Linens:
Leave all towels and linens in a pile on the floor and all beds unmade.
Safety & Security:
In case of emergencies, please call 911.
For any non-emergency issues, concerns, or questions regarding the property, please contact your host.
Please lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the house.
Please lock your vehicle.
For security, all properties have a ring doorbell adjacent to the entry door and a Minut Noise monitor within the condominium.

Beautifully remodeled condo - great care has gone into the feel. Beds are comfortable and plenty of pillows. Very cozy vibe. Definitely an older condo but feels new inside. Could have used a few wash cloths. The rugs in the bed room once looked beautiful but now appear difficult to keep clean. Kitchen could use a refresh of cookware- seems like a hodgepodge of older/scratched pots and pans. Nothing we didn’t work through though. 3rd bedroom is a loft with a queen and with lofted twin beds that are end to end- tricky to get up the ladder and walk across a mattress to the further mattress. Fine for kids but strange for adults. Nevertheless, would stay again bc the location and coziness was great!!

We were at this ski resort in June so it was very quiet and relaxing as we had hoped.
Nicely kept condo. Clean and comfortable. Very close to Cedar Breaks National Monument and not too far from Bryce National Park. We visited both. Easy access off the hwy. I’d recommend it to others. Restaurants near by have a rather limited menu but there are a couple in town to choose from.
