About this house rental
As its name suggests, Hampton Bays Oasis is truly an oasis. The epitome of peace, this beautiful home is close to numerous beaches, shops, wineries, and restaurants. Fun in the sun can be found right at your stay when you lounge in the large, enclosed backyard complete with a private pool, gas grill, and firepit. Drenched in sunshine, the memories made here are sure to be lifelong and unforgettable.
Inside, the interior of the home is just as impressive as the exterior. Gather with your loved ones on the oversized sofa in the living room where you can tune into your favorite TV shows and movies. The adjacent full kitchen features all of the necessities you need to whip up delicious dishes. When you aren't dining alfresco - gather around the breakfast bar or at the formal dining table.
With four bedrooms to sprawl out in, everyone is sure to be content with their sleeping quarters. Each room has been carefully adorned with high-quality linens and tasteful decorations. The primary bedroom presents an en suite bathroom with a brilliant soaking tub and a sizable walk-in shower.
Additional interior perks include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and two Portable cribs.

We've had the best time in the Hamptons! Although the weather wasn't what we were expecting we still made the best of it. David was so helpful and told us tons of places & restaurants we could go to. He would respond so quickly every time I had a question. The house is very clean, and it's been recently renovated as you can see in the pics. The kitchen has every accessory you could think of! It's in a great location, close to the beach & restaurants. We have little kids and they loved the outdoor space, they even have some toys for the kids which makes it even better. We will definitely be back!

My overall impression of this property was WOW! From when we first pulled up to this immaculate property to when we went inside and saw all it had to offer. Everything is completely brand new. The house was stocked with everything you could ever need. The homeowner left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy during our stay. Bathrooms were beautifully appointed with marble and high end fixtures. Showers you didn’t want to get out of. Brand new appliances, fully stocked kitchen, towels, sheets, beach chairs, cribs and stuff for infants which we did not need but were there for use. Now to the best part, the incredible back yard. Huge heated pool, large outdoor gas grill, lots of outdoor lighting and outdoor seating Heat lamps and fire pit which we did not use but we’re there as well as pool floats and toys, basketball hoop for pool. Simply everything. I rate this home a 10 out of 10 Convenient to beaches, restaurants and everything the Hamptons have to offer. Thank you for an amazing stay !

First and foremost the photos online do not do this house justice. We were all taken back on how beautiful it was in person. From the interior finishes to the well groomed pool & back yard the entire property was immaculate. We can't think of one negative thing to say. Fresh clean linens, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, heated pool, plenty of beach loungers, umbrellas, fancy house gadgets, central ac controls, washer/ dryer etc etc.
David was responsive and extremely helpful. The property is 6 -12 mins from a handful of beaches. The kids loved the pool. Great property for a family looking for quiet time outside the city. If you are reading this do not hesitate to book. We have done our fair share of house rentals and this place just took the cake.

David was a great host. We stayed for a family vacation with three generation. The house was perfect for our stay. The pool was amazing. And the proximity to beaches and shopping in town was exactly what we were looking for. Definitely looking forward to coming back again.
