The townhouse is nicely decorated, we especially liked having ceiling fans throughout the house and in the bedrooms. We were confused that there was a Christmas decoration on the front door and a fully decorated tree in the living room for our March rental. The living room carpet and cloth stools in the kitchen had not been vacuumed and were pretty dirty. As were many of the kitchen amenities. It would’ve been easier to clean up if any sponges, dish towels and a vacuum were available. There was a random microphone left on the patio… it just seemed like no one had inspected the property recently.Unfortunately the host was of no assistance to us. Every question I asked, I was given the wrong information about the property. I asked about the type of coffee maker so we knew what to purchase and was told it was an espresso machine when it was really a Kerig machine and a drip coffee pot. The internet went out and we couldn’t find the router to reset, he told me it was in the kitchen/ living room area but it’s actually upstairs in the loft. I asked to get a vacuum to clean up and he never responded. The host fees were over 400, considering he knew nothing about the property I feel like it should be refunded to us.

We booked this property and checked in within 24 hours of booking. Javier was an amazing host that answered all of my questions and saved my family in our time of distress after another property owner failed to honor our booking. The property was beautiful, clean, kid friendly and surpassed all of our expectations! May children LOVED the pool and clubhouse. We look forward to coming back here in the very near future!

Nice property and very clean but if you are planning to cook, the kitchen is Not stocked with what you’ll need. Only bare essentials. This was also case with supplies in the house. One roll of thin paper towels for a week and zero cleaning supplies. Flying in this was a big disappointment compared to other houses we have rented in the past. Also if you see the grill and pool as nice amenities they will tell you at checkin you pay extra to use.
